Appearance: Tll, and slightly muscular. Has green eyes, and whitish blonde hair that is fixed in a Fauxhawk.
Background: Blain was born in a small French settlement off the coast of the Faulkland Islands. Once he turned 15, he was drafted into the French Navy and put into a special regiment called The Nuance or Dark Blades. He then was sent on a suicide mission. His Commander gave him his jacket as a death present. But on the way there, he escaped and ended up in a Pirate Port called Blacktown. He then adopted a ship there and gathered a crew. He has been raiding ships since.
