1. You can be killed. I would like to stress this because people tend to god mode on these boards, so I would like to put an end to it. If you put yourself into a situation where you can die, then you can be killed. For example, if someone sneaks onto an enemy ship, that is a situation that they can be killed in, because there is seemingly no way off the ship and you will die if the enemy character chooses to kill you. I will be checking up on any stupid and doing such things.
2. You will be harmed in battle. If you go into a port and start a fight or if you get into a fight with your ships, you will be hurt. Just because the characters in the movies weren’t always hurt, doesn’t mean you won’t be. I want this to be a realistic as I can and the only way to do that is make sure everyone doesn’t god mode is saying they can go into battles and leave without a scratch. The past two rules are the largest and most important and will be maintained or the character that breaks these rules will be dealt with severely in character deletion or temporary banning.
3. There will be no short posts. Once in roleplay, the posts that people make must, must be at least two lines long or the post will be deleted and the character given a warning. Five warnings and the character is temporarily banned, probably for week. So, please everyone, I want this board to look good and the only way I know how to do that is to have my members making good descriptive posts, thank you.
Plot Line
The plot for this board is obviously Pirates of the Caribbean. It is set before the Pirates of the Caribbean Curse of the Black Pearl begin. Some of the characters such as Elizabeth Swann and Will Turner, characters that depend on age can be the same age as they are In the movies, it doesn’t bother me. The curse is not upon the Crew of the Black Pearl however, so they start fresh. They can become cursed if they wish and relive the moments of the movie. I don’t recommend that however because I would like everything to be original. Have fun everyone.
